If you would prefer to pay for your tickets by check, please proceed directly to the registration form which you can print and mail in with your check.

Adult TIckets: $115 Adult tickets include a choice of entree (regular or vegetarian). (Adult attendees include anyone over 13.)

Children Without Vitiligo Tickets: $55 Attendees under the age of 12 who do not have vitiligo must purchase a child ticket to attend the seminar. Ticket price includes a chicken fingers lunch entree.

Children with Vitiligo Tickets: Free Attendees with Vitiligo who are under the age of 12 are the guests of the AVRF, you do not need to purchase tickets. However, please do include your name on the registration form.
